When it comes to natural park areas, the Seabourne Creek Nature Park really can’t be beat. An extensive network of trails for hiking, and specific trails designated for biking, are available throughout this large natural park area. You’ll also find a butterfly garden and prairie restoration area, wonderful places to bring the whole family to take in the beauty of a natural habitat.

Rosenberg has taken a proactive stance on mosquito population control, in helping to protect the health and happiness of its residents. With weekly spraying during the rainy season, the city does what it can to help reduce the risk of mosquito bites around town. Especially since the Zika virus outbreak and national scare, the City of Rosenberg has stressed that personal precautions must also be taken in order to reduce the risk of infection. The “four D’s” are important reminders: “Drain” standing water, “Dusk/Dawn” is a time to avoid being outdoors, “Deet” should be listen on your bug spray, and “Dress” in clothing with coverage.
